Wax Melt Junkies – No Return Policy

At Wax Melt Junkies, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on any products once an order has been placed.

Due to the nature of our products (including hygiene, handling, and melting use), we cannot restock or resell items after they have left our possession. This policy ensures product safety and quality for all customers.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and, if approved, provide a replacement at our discretion.

Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring all order details (including shipping address and product selection) are correct at the time of purchase. Wax Melt Junkies is not responsible for errors submitted during checkout.
